Terms + Conditions
Scope of Work: The scope of work encompasses the elements included in your semi-custom branding package. This includes design elements listed in the product description. Any services beyond the the scope will be subject to 250/hr. We'll let you know if this is the case.
Payment Terms: Payment terms will be agreed upon upfront and outlined in the contract. A deposit may be required before the commencement of the project, with the remainder due upon completion or according to the agreed-upon milestone payments. Payments should be made promptly according to the agreed schedule to ensure timely progress of the project. Logo files will not be provided until full payment has been received.
Ownership: Upon completion of the project and full payment, you will own the final designs and brand assets. However, we reserve the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Revisions: We strive to ensure your satisfaction with the final product. Our semi-custom branding packages include 1 round of revisions. Any additional revisions beyond this limit may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated to you beforehand.
Timeline: It will take approximately 7 days to customize your brand. Timely feedback and responses from you are essential to meeting these deadlines and ensuring the project progresses smoothly.
Cancellation: If the project is canceled by the client after work has commenced, a cancellation fee may apply to compensate for work completed up to that point.
Confidentiality: We understand the importance of confidentiality and agree to keep all sensitive information shared during the project confidential.
Indemnification: Both parties agree to indemnify and hold harmless each other from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the project, including but not limited to infringement of intellectual property rights or breach of contract.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in British Columbia, Canada.
Communication: Effective communication is essential for the success of the project. We will communicate by email, noting that quick response times ensure timely progress.
Client Responsibilities: As the client, you are responsible for providing timely feedback, information, and approvals throughout the project. Delays in providing necessary materials or feedback may impact the project timeline and incur additional charges.
